Great service and great products !
To me so far one of the best experience in buying a new bike. The team has always been available to all my questions. The bike had to be delivered 10,000 km away. When the box arrived everything was immaculate and perfectly pre-set up.
Only for me, it took 2 to 3 hours of finishing. ( beginner level)
Really a great experience and nothing has been disappointing so far.
I recommend Dvelos.
Great service, real professionals
Friendly service. Seems like a good bicycle repairman too, but unfortunately he didn't have time for me. There was a wait of about a week. As a tourist with a problem (di2 no longer took the 2 smallest gears) you are left out in the cold.

And then a day later you read the store's response that you posted the review for the wrong store!?! I initially gave 3 stars, but without disrespect this store only deserves 1 star. I really do have the right store (next to E.Leclerc) for it.

A great experience, advice before and after purchase, we are delighted. My 7 and 9 year old daughters were also able to get their personalized advice, like the pros!
Note that in addition to being available, they provide good advice, including for good singles :p

I was very satisfied with the explanations regarding the bike I wanted to buy. I liked being able to try it with someone, it was helpful. I got some other details when I handed over the bike. Satisfied conclusion with this store and the team.
